FAQ

  • When will my order be shipped?
    We understand that you will be eager to receive your order as quickly as possible and our aim is to always ensure customers receive their order as fast as we can make it and ship it. All our wholesale products are 100% handmade to order. This includes hand making, hand painting and hand packing. We will never send products that have been sat on a shelf for a period of time. This is to ensure your order is as fresh as can be for you. Please check the front page of the website for our lead times. Once your order is dispatched it will generally be with you the following working day from dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email once your order is complete and on its way. All orders are made in the order they are received without exception. This is to ensure fairness. If you place an order and then place another order without having received the first then the orders will be dispatched seperately in the order they were received. You may add an item or two to an existing order if needed which will be dispatched with your order, prior to a quick email to confirm. Our current lead time for dispatch is around 3 weeks. Once seasonal products are released there is always a longer dispatch time due to the high volume of orders. It is always difficult to estimate time frames but we work 7 days a week as quick as we possibly can.
  • Are your bath bombs cosmetically assessed?
    Absoutely! Every product we sell complies with all UK regulations, including cosmetic product safety reports. We would never sell any product that has not been certified as being safe to use. We also would not recommend anyone else selling products that do not carry cosmetic assessments as this would not only invalidate insurance but could also potentialy be very harmful as they have not been assessed as safe to use.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    None of our products or any ingredients in our products have been tested on animals. Not only is animal testing now illegal but we would never want to assosciate ourselves with testing on animals. Not only are our products not tested on animals but all of our products are vegan friendly.
  • Will your bath bombs stain my bath?
    No, definitley not. We only use water soluble colours in our bath bombs which means all colour will dissolve into the water and run away once the plug is taken out. A quick rinse of the bath afterwards will rinse any remaining colour / dissolved ingredients away. The colour will not stick to skin or hair either. Please note that baths containing deep scratches or 'scum' around may be at risk of the colours staining. We recommend that baths be free from bath residue and surface scratching.
  • What if i have a problem with any of your products?
    Whilst we try and make sure every product that leaves us leaves in perfect condition, we cannot guarentee that they will arrive in this condition due to outside factors such as the delivery company. All orders will be packed secure. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your order then please contact us at info@scentz-sationzwholesale.co.uk and we will be happy to try and resolve the problem. Please note that every bath bomb we make is unique and no two bath bombs will be exactly the same. The swirl could perhaps be different or the shade could be lighter / darker than shown in the photos. But every bath bomb will have a superb scent and fizz in the bath as it should.
  • What price should i sell my items for?
    This is entirely up to you. The general rule of thumb for selling is that you sell for at least double the price you pay.
  • Are your bath bombs safe for children to use?
    Our products ( as with most cosmetic products) are not advised to be used by children under 3 years old due to their skin being very delicate. We advise, as with any skin product, that you should conduct a skin test prior to use. If any reaction at all occurs then do not use. Children should always be supervised when bathing.
  • What are your business hours and when can i contact you?
    Our aim is to ensure our customers and potential customers are our number one priority. We are not a typical Monday to Friday 9-5 company. We appreciate that many people do not have access to ordering and such during these hours. We welcome any queries whatever the time or day and aim to respond to these as quickly as possible (it has been known that we do occasionaly sleep though, so in that instance we couldnt reply as quick as we'd like :-) ). Please note that if you contact us via the chat on the wholesale page, if you go offline without subscribing we have no access to respond to your message until you come back online. We can, however be reached at any time via our Facebook page Scentz Sationz Ltd.
  • Can i get my order sooner?
    We now have a 'quicker dispatch' section Here. If you ONLY order products from this section (ie no products from any other section) your order will be dispatched in around 1-2 weeks. This is because we can produce these products quickly with increased staffing.
